Recruiter 4 Windows and IRIS software products come with a 60-day free on-line support warranty. Thereafter, support is handled through an hourly or contracted basis.
| Telephone Assistance for R4W and IRIS users is available from 9am - 5pm EST, weekdays and holidays excluded. |

| E-Mail Assistance is provided for all users generally within 24 hours during the week. |

| Remote support from KPI is provided via PC Anywhere, Reachout, RAS or VPN. |
